Even its name sounds like a recipe from the South of France… La Mandarine’s restaurant, Les Buscatelles, celebrates Mediterranean cuisine and all of its delicious flavours.
The chef Thomas Lejeune chooses from among the region’s flavours, such as fish, lamb, peppers, tomatoes, melons, thyme, garlic, fennel, basil, olives, and many more.
Here, every mealtime has its own special place! Both the hot and cold breakfast buffet and lunch can be enjoyed by the side of the pool. Dinner can be savoured on the terrace looking out onto a magical sunset. And those who prefer the cosy atmosphere of our restaurant dining-room at Saint Tropez are always welcome.
