Quaint and rustic - overall a great stay but did have some mechanical issues in room owing to properties age.
We had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment we checked in, the customer service was outstanding. Every team member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to making our stay comfortable. One moment that really stood out: my girlfriend’s hairdryer stopped working right before we had to head out—and one of the hotel associates went above and beyond by letting her borrow her personal hairdryer. That level of kindness and attentiveness is rare and truly appreciated! The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fresh options and something for everyone. We especially enjoyed starting our mornings with a delicious meal before heading to the pool, which was clean, well-maintained, and the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-notch service, thoughtful staff, and fantastic amenities. We’ll definitely be back!
From the moment you arrive until your drive home it is an experience of friendly service. It is not in the city center of St Tropez but at walking distance or you can use a free shuttle bus. Breakfast buffet is perfect, delicious. We had suite nr 6 which is a fantastic room.
I proposed to my fiancée at the La Mandarine. After a month of planning with the amazing concierge team and the General Manager, the staff went above and beyond to make it a memorable and special event. Aside from the proposal, the hotel is beautiful, the staff is attentive to every need, and the food is top notch. I highly recommend you stay at La Mandarine!
Everything is nice and good except nobody remembered in check in from history that we have been there 6-7 times before also , not first time….explained that memory has been lost with computers updates…

Équipe au top qui a mis toute en œuvre pour que le séjour soit parfait. Merci pour votre investissement. le spa et la piscine chauffée sont supers. Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour ! Rien à y ajouter rester tel que vous êtes c’est parfait !
Nous n'avons pas séjourné dans l'hôtel mais étant de passage dans la région, nous avons décidé de dîner dans leur restaurant. Cadre idyllique, à proximité du centre de Saint-Tropez mais suffisamment éloigné pour profiter d'un repas somptueux en tout quiétude, loin des fastes du port. La cuisine ainsi que le service étaient de haut standing et le tout pour un prix étonnement correcte au vu de la région dans laquelle nous étions. Je recommande ce lieu emprunt au dépaysement et au service digne d'un hôtel qui revendique 5 étoiles. Au vu de la qualité de la partie restaurant, cela ne peut laisser que présager du meilleur pour la partie hôtel.
tolle Lage in St Tropez - 3 Minuten mit dem kostenfreien Shuttle in die Innenstadt-oder zum Tahiti Strand ,sehr schönes großzügiges Hotel mit tollem Innenliegendem Garten und Restaurants , großer Parkplatz vor dem Haus , Schönes Zimmer mit großen bequemen Betten und kleiner Terrasse , Ausstattung der Bäder kein Luxus aber französisches sauberes Flair mit Terracotta Boden. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl und Personal überall äußerst freundlich. Sehr schöner Pool im Gartenbereich mit vielen Liegen rundherum, toller Spa- alles sehr empfehlenswert,

Ein Traum! Die Renovierung ist geglückt- WUNDERSCHÖN. Stylische Lobby, gepflegtes Restaurant, gemütliche Restaurantterrasse, toller Poolbereich mit Spa, die Zimmer und Bäder sind komfortabel. Die Parkanlage lädt zum verweilen ein. Kompliment für die inovative Küchenleistung,- auch das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die gesamte Crew ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unser kleiner Hund war auch willkommen. Bewachter Parkplatz.—Shuttelservice- Saint Tropez ist aber auch fussläufig zu erreichen.
The hotel is a very beautiful place, trendy and at the same time elegant athmosphere, service is very kind and generous, they offer transportation to town and back, that makes it super convenient,
My wife and I had the most incredible time at La Mandarine for our honeymoon! The hotel itself is amazing, the rooms spacious and comfortable and the staff are so professional and friendly and consistently go above and beyond in taking care of their guests. With a shuttle that takes you to the city center and back, you also never need to worry about transport. If you are looking for a truly relaxing vacation, this is the place to stay!
The building is a bit dated and lacks an internal restaurant. However, this is not a problem, as the professionalism and kindness of the staff make up for it. It is in a good location, and the shuttle service to the city center is highly appreciated.
