Hotel maravilhoso. Hotel como um todo muito lindo. Quarto super espacoso e bonito. Area da piscina fantastica. Transfer sempre muito rapido e sempre disponivel. Sempre que solicitava chegava muito rapido. Cafe da manha muito bom. Equipe toda extremamente solciita e simpatica. Ate o seguranca da noite extremamente simpático e atencioso.

La Mandarine was wonderful to say at. The #1 experience was with the staff: Sophia, Melanie, Albain, Thibo, Lili, Mehdi and many more who I'm forgetting were genuinely warm and helpful (across front desk, breakfast, courtyard, pool, bar). The courtyard is lovely. Breakfast is awesome. The night security rambo guy is awesome. Two areas that the hotel needs are to update the rooms--they are a little and frankly really small; and, the lobby and bar are really warm---and air conditioning is needed.
A few minutes walk from St Tropez. Stunning hotel with peaceful beautiful gardens, views and pool area. All the staff we met were French & highly professional and especially the front desk and the two bar guys when we arrived the first night. It is a laid back vibe and a haven in St Tropez. We would only stay here when returning. Food excellent. Spa is very advanced treatments and Emilie is one of the best in the world! We were sad to leave which is rare for us after a hotel stay! We feel blessed to have found it.

It doesn’t get any better. I toured all of the South of France and this was by far the best hotel. AC was super strong. The layout was perfect. The pool was insanely amazing. Service was the best ever. I’m finding it difficult to find the words to describe just how great this place is. Suffice to say I’ll be going back every year.

My stay at La Mandarine was honestly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel so welcome, and the warmth and genuine care from the entire team really stood out. I work in hospitality myself, so I naturally notice the details when I stay at hotels, and I can genuinely say I was blown away by the level of service here. The team went far beyond what I expected and made me feel incredibly looked after throughout my stay. On my first day, my room unfortunately wasn’t ready when I arrived, and I had an important event to get ready for. Rather than leaving me to worry, the team went completely above and beyond and closed the spa especially for me so that I could have somewhere to get ready. I have to give a very special mention to Emilie from the Spa. She was absolutely wonderful. She was so warm, reassuring and attentive, and she helped me get ready while also helping me calm down before my event. At a moment when I was feeling quite stressed, her kindness made such a difference. I will genuinely remember that gesture. I also want to mention Zoé, Argyro and Olivier, who were all fantastic and made me feel so welcome. Every interaction with the team felt personal and genuine, it never felt like they were simply doing their jobs, but that they genuinely cared about making our stay special. Another lovely touch was being personally greeted by the General Manager. It really says a lot about the culture of the hotel when senior management takes the time to personally welcome guests. The service, warmth and attention to detail throughout our stay were simply outstanding. La Mandarine has that rare combination of luxury and genuine hospitality, where you feel incredibly well looked after without it ever feeling forced or formal. As someone who works in hospitality, I can honestly say that I left genuinely impressed. The team should be incredibly proud of themselves. A huge thank you to everyone at La Mandarine, and especially Emilie, Zoé, Argyro and Olivier, for making my stay so memorable. I absolutely loved my time here and would return in a heartbeat.
