Working alongside Executive Chef Richard Vicens, the Chef of La Mandarine draws from the terroir its finest offerings, which inspire his culinary expertise, resulting in refined cuisine with subtly Mediterranean accents. Bluefin tuna, sea bream, sea bass, octopus, and squid will delight lovers of marine flavors.

Lobster and beef tenderloin with truffles add a classic touch, while sun-drenched peppers, tomatoes, melon and basil lend a fresh twist to salads and side dishes.
Our pastry chef Daniel Ruyer makes the desserts to order, creating wonderfully sweet indulgences such as the must-try creamy Tarte Tropézienne, accompanied by fresh fruit.
